Greetings, I’m Paul Dawson, Director of Natures O2 Pty Ltd, trading as Fulvic Acid Australia, based in Port Macquarie, Australia.

Our shop is at Shop 5, 51 Jindalee Rd and we operate by appointment only.

We used to allow walk ins, but that didn’t work well. People would ask detailed health questions and I’m not a doctor. I manufacture and supply a food supplement, I don’t and will not diagnose conditions.

Our phone number is 02 5526 4444 but doesnt get answered as spam calls got out of control, and we also share a similar number with a Queensland medical clinic, 07 instead of 02. You can imagine how awkward it was when people rang to get their 9th booster.

Now to the important part, your data.

To run our website and process orders properly, we collect some personal information. Our site uses SSL encryption, so any information you enter stays protected.

When you submit our contact form with your name, email, phone number and message, the form sends that information directly to our email. We use it to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you.

Our website uses cookies to make things easier for you. They remember your details so you don’t need to re enter them repeatedly. Most of this happens quietly in the background and improves your browsing experience.

As site administrators, we can access and update your order details to ensure accurate shipping and delivery.

For payments, we use PayPal and Stripe.

When you choose PayPal, you complete payment through their secure system. Once PayPal authorises the transaction, we receive confirmation and process your order. We do not store your PayPal details. If a payment fails or remains incomplete, our system flags it and we contact you to sort it out.

Stripe processes credit card payments through its secure platform. We do not see or store your credit card details.

If you provide card details manually over the phone or via email, we enter them directly into Stripe for one time processing or to complete your order. We do not store card information on our website.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors navigate our site. This helps us improve layout, content and usability.

If you ever want us to delete your information, just email us and we’ll remove it.

We respect your data the same way we expect ours to be respected.
