Return and Exchange Policy:

At Fulvic Acid Australia, we are committed to providing high-quality products that arrive quickly and in good condition.
This return and exchange policy applies to orders placed in Australia through Fulvic Acid Australia.

 

Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving their order.
Returns are accepted for both:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Non-defective products, including change-of-mind returns

Please include your order details and the reason for your return or exchange request.

 

Product Condition

For non-defective or change-of-mind returns, products must be:

  • New
  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In resalable condition

We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns for products that have been opened or used.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged during transport, we offer a hassle-free replacement at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing:

To help us process your replacement quickly, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the external packaging
  • A photo showing the tracking number or shipping label
  • Any photos showing where the box or parcel was damaged

Once we receive your email and photos, we will organise a replacement as quickly as possible.
Fulvic Acid Australia will cover the cost of shipping for replacement products that arrive damaged. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the replacement.
Where a damaged or defective product needs to be returned to us, Fulvic Acid Australia will cover the return shipping cost.
We will also deal directly with the courier where required.

 

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the product is new, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the approved refund back to the original payment method.

 

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges, including if you simply change your mind.
To request an exchange, please email:

Please include your order details and what you would like to exchange the product for.
We will then provide further instructions.
For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer is responsible for returning the product to us, including any return shipping costs. The product must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
You will need to provide a tracking number for the return package. As soon as we can see the tracking number has been activated by the postal service, we will dispatch the new order.
Fulvic Acid Australia will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to you.

 

Return Method

Returns are handled by mail. Please email us first at: admin@fulvicacidaustralia.com.au. We will then provide the correct return instructions.

 

Return Fees and Restocking Fees

For damaged or defective products, Fulvic Acid Australia will cover the cost of replacement shipping and any required return shipping.
For non-defective or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We do not charge a restocking fee.

 

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business day after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

 

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
